Background

Bella’s story began with hardship—she was found abandoned and pregnant on the streets. A kind animal lover took her into their yard and reached out for help, and Bella found safety at the shelter. She’s around 6 years old now and has blossomed into a gentle, affectionate dog who’s more than ready for her second chance.

Personality

Bella is as sweet as they come. She adores human interaction and will happily press herself against the bars of her kennel for strokes and cuddles. When she sees visitors, her whole body wiggles with joy. She’s gentle and calm when touched, seeks out affection, and would happily stay by your side for pets all day long.

Out on walks, Bella shines. She’s very comfortable wearing a harness, walks nicely on the lead, and enjoys exploring the world with her human and doggy friends. She gets along well with other dogs—during group walks, she’s friendly and sociable, showing her gentle spirit. She’s playful, affectionate, and bonds well with people.

She has started to show an interest in toys, with a loving home, she will be able to build on this further so she can experience what it is like to enjoy playing with toys. Bella is calm around food, and takes treats gently from your hand.

Bella would thrive in a home where she gets plenty of love, attention, and time with her people. She enjoys both quiet cuddles and outdoor adventures. She would happily live with another friendly calm dog that is comfortable sharing space and affection like Bella.
