Cooper is an affectionate and playful 5-year-old boy, eagerly waiting for his forever family to find him! He was rescued from the Tarlungeni area of Romania, and while his past remains a mystery, one thing is for sure—whatever he has been through has not dampened his joyful spirit. Cooper is a true happy-go-lucky soul, always looking for the next adventure and the next person to shower with love!

Personality
Full of life and energy, Cooper loves nothing more than exploring and zooming around the playground. He is always excited for his walks and patiently waits as his carers put on his harness and lead, knowing that an adventure awaits! A true cuddlebug, Cooper adores human affection and will lean his whole body into you, as if giving you a big, heartfelt hug—tail wagging the entire time! He’s also a big fan of belly rubs and will happily flop onto the grass, ready for a tickle. Every now and then, he’ll chase a tennis ball, and with a little encouragement, we think he could become a pro at playing fetch!

Cooper is looking for a home where he can be the center of attention—he has so much love to give, why should he have to share? He would thrive as the only dog in the household. A rural or suburban home with space to run and explore would be ideal for him. He will need patient owners who understand positive reward-based training and counter-conditioning to help him settle into his new life. With the right family, Cooper will no doubt become the most loyal, loving companion—ready to bring endless joy and tail wags into his forever home!
