Diego was found with his five siblings struggling to survive on the streets of Romania. At just five months old, he has already shown incredible resilience, but a shelter is no place for a puppy. He has been safe since February 2025, but now it’s time for him to find a loving home where he can grow into a happy, confident, and well-rounded dog.

Personality
Diego is a fun-loving, wiggly pup who is always ready for an adventure! He loves racing around with his siblings, playing with toys, and soaking up all the love and attention he can get. He is a very affectionate boy and will eagerly come up to you for strokes and cuddles, rewarding you with lots of puppy kisses in return. His playful and loving nature makes him a joy to be around.

Home Required
Diego needs patient and understanding owners who will use positive reinforcement and counter-conditioning to help him settle into his new home. As he has never lived in a home before, he will need to learn everything from scratch, but with the right guidance, he will thrive.

He will need a family who can provide plenty of physical and mental stimulation to keep him engaged and happy. Diego can live as an only dog, but we think he would also enjoy having a friendly, playful resident dog to keep him company and help him learn the ropes.
