Saffy and her siblings were born at a waste management facility near the shelter. The owner of the company kindly reached out for help, as he couldn’t afford to feed them. Their mum was also taken in to be spayed and has since been returned to live with the gentleman. Now, at approximately 6 months old, Saffy is more than ready to find her forever home and experience the love and care of a real family.

Personality
Saffy is a typical wiggly, playful puppy who adores running around with her siblings. She thrives on attention from her carers and has developed a clever way of getting the most fuss—while her siblings jump up for attention, Saffy patiently waits and then goes straight to the person with no dogs around, ensuring she gets all the love to herself! She’s a smart, affectionate girl with a heart full of love to give.

Home Required
Saffy is looking for patient and understanding owners who have a good knowledge of positive reward-based training and counter-conditioning to help her adjust to her new home. As a young pup, she will need to learn everything from scratch, but with the right guidance, she will flourish. She can be homed as an only dog or with a kind resident dog to help show her the ropes. Saffy will make a wonderful addition to any family, and with the right love and support, she is sure to grow into a confident, adventurous, and well-rounded companion.
