He is the first one to come over to the team when they enter his room and he helps the others be confident and generally has a strong personality.

Luffy is cat friendly and can be dog tested upon receiving an application. He needs to live with another cat to help him continue learning from other cats as he grows up.

He can be indoor only or have outdoor access in a safe location.
