In May 2025, Sky and his five siblings were rescued from an industrial area where they had been born and hidden beneath construction debris. Their brave mother had been doing her best to care for them, but when one of the puppies became trapped, a kind local called for help. The shelter team rushed to the site, rescued the stuck pup, and safely brought the entire litter and their mum into care. Sky was born in February 2025 and has been growing up in the shelter ever since, waiting for his forever family to find him.
