Willow was rescued from a public pound in December 2024 and has blossomed into a sweet and affectionate girl. Since her rescue, she has adjusted to life at the shelter and now shares a kennel with other dogs.

Personality

Willow is a loving, curious girl who greets visitors with a wagging tail and a happy heart. She enjoys affection and calmly welcomes pets and cuddles, often pressing her body close or gently nudging in for attention. While she can show initial excitement—especially when meeting someone new—she quickly settles and shows a calm, friendly demeanour. She loves to observe the world around her and will often stand at the front of her kennel watching quietly and curiously.

She’s confident around other dogs and demonstrates excellent social skills, showing interest without being pushy. Even in new or stimulating situations, Willow stays calm. She also gets along well with her kennel mates and has shown no signs of jealousy or competition over attention.
She comfortable in a harness and has been on walks with the caretakers outside of the shelter with other dogs, which she has thoroughly enjoyed!
