Hazel’s mother, Ariel, was found in someone’s yard after giving birth to four kittens. She had tried to find safety in her vulnerable state and luckily for her, the human who owns that yard contacted the shelter to ask them to find them homes. Hazel, her mother and siblings are now at the shelter and are safe.
Hazel’s three siblings have applications with the shelter’s German partner, so we would love to find her a home, so she isn’t left behind.
Hazel is such a little sweetie, she is timid at the moment because she is copying her mother’s behaviour. The team have said she is a tiny little warrior who has a strong personality – she always looks to be protective of her mother.
We are looking for a home that will be understanding that Hazel will need time to trust you. She needs to live with at least one other confident cat, so she can learn from them as she grows up.
Hazel can be indoor only, or have outside access in a safe location. She will be able to travel to the U.K. when she is 6 months old.
Do you have a Hazel size hole in your heart and home?
