Ocean’s journey began in challenging circumstances. After severe flooding near a river in rural Romania, a kind local man discovered Ocean and his three siblings huddled together in the aftermath. Barely two months old, they were brought to safety at the shelter in June 2025. Though they’ve known only the outdoors and shelter life so far, these pups have shown resilience, curiosity, and a gentle desire to connect with people.

Personality

True to his puppy nature, Ocean is curious, playful, and full of energy. He’s a friendly and trusting little soul who loves to explore, nibble gently during play, and snuggle when it’s cuddle time. Ocean enjoys attention and responds well to gentle handling, showing early signs of confidence and warmth. Ocean is sociable and enjoys the company of his siblings, showing early signs of healthy social skills that will grow with experience and care.
