Rolo was found wandering the streets in an area known for many street dogs in Romania, he was picked up with another dog and happily came to the street team when called. They were brought into the shelter together in June 2025. He is just under a year old. His incredibly friendly and confident nature suggests she was likely once a pet who sadly ended up on the streets, discarded like so many of the dogs in Romania. Despite his past, Rolo has been showing his sweet, trusting personality every day, embracing the chance for a fresh start.

Personality

Rolo is a joyful, affectionate boy who adores human company and toys alike. Upon greeting visitors, he excitedly wags his tail, jumps up gently, and showers them with kisses. His playful spirit shines through as he chases toys, engages in tug games, and enjoys quiet moments cuddling. Despite his energy, Rolo quickly calms down with gentle, patient handling. He is food motivated, happily taking treats.

Rolo’s beautiful coat and distinctive eyebrow dots make him uniquely charming, matching his warm and loving temperament. He welcomes touch all over and responds well to calm, positive guidance.
