Meet Scout – Ready to Dive into His Forever Adventures

Scout was rescued from a local pound in Romania in January 2023 and taken safely into the care of our partner shelter. Since then, he has been patiently waiting for a family to give him the loving forever home he deserves.

Scout is an affectionate, sociable and playful boy who absolutely loves being around people. He enjoys touch and affection and happily takes treats gently from the hand. Scout is very food motivated and eager to engage, making him a wonderful companion to spend time with. He walks beautifully on his harness and lead and has been enjoying trips outside of the shelter where he can explore and sniff the environment around him. Nothing makes Scout happier than water. He absolutely loves swimming, splashing and running through muddy puddles whenever he gets the chance. A home with access to water, or even his own little paddling pool, would be an absolute dream for Scout. He is an active boy who would benefit from plenty of walks, exercise and adventures with his future adopters.

A rural or quieter suburban home with access to walks and outdoor adventures would suit Scout perfectly. He would love adopters who can provide him with lots of exercise, fun and opportunities to enjoy the outdoors, especially anywhere involving water.
